Anyone ALLERGIC TO shellfish?

At the age of 17yrs I became so allergic to all shell-fish/ and fish. Up until the age of 17 I was able to eat any type of seafood, However after 17yrs I can't even be exposed to it.

I know that anyone can develop an allergy from over exposure, Just wondered if any of my fellow APS friends have shellfish issue's

coping with Hughes/APS it could be worse!!!!!!!!!!!!! You could be dead. Yes APS suck's and it hurt's it could be worse. When ever I am having an APS issue I always say just another wonderful part of APSwoooooooohoooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Lyndsaylou,

Do you still have contact with that MS-Neurologist about APS? Important that the Specialist understands that we must have the blood thinned enough and within the right level all the time!

No allergy to that, but plenty of others in particular gluten which makes me sneeze very badly. MaryF

I've had an allergic reaction in the past to shell fish; anaphylactic.

For me it was opposite. I could not tolerate shellfish when I eat younger-- but now? No problem! Shrimp, crab, oysters--all just fine!
