Anti phospholipid antibody with Hemorrhagic disorder

I have a rare blood disorder and I inject Arixtra(Fondaparinux) at this time. Heparin and Agatraban both had the opposite effect on me. Due to the expense, my doctor has recommended possibly switching to Rivaroxaban. I am a little nervous to change what I know is working.

Thank you. I have a blood clotting disorder. My platelets dropped to 13,000 at one point. I was in the hospital for 30 days and rehab for two weeks. Arixtra was the third blood thinner they tried. Recommended by the University of Washington. The others made my blood clot. I definitely had the doctors scratching their heads. Xarelto seems to be in the Arixtra family. My platelets are now in the normal range.
