Re the probiotics one. Some also suggest using fermented foodstuffs for a similar outcome.
Those on anti coagulants need to be aware that fermented foods can increase the strength of anti coags. Something that all people may want to be aware of now that Christmas festivities are upon us with the possibility of consuming pickled foods of many varieties.
Awful... and of course the added complication of Sero Negativity, which of course your case is a good example of, as you passed a test later on for Hughes Syndrome/APS! The NHS would save so much more money if they were less short sighted! MaryF
There is more money to be made for the healthcare companies and big pharma , ie bigger profits in after care and ongoing treatments rather than prevention and cures.
I used to believe that healthcare was all about providing the best possible care full stop.
Then articles I read suggested that cost effectiveness may not be the real rule of thumb.
Sometimes ignorance can be a bliss of sorts.
