Problem solving or nearly

Just wondering if we should write a list of things that helps us to remember, I will start

1. Say out load when I have turned things off

2. Write on my phone note book page, where I have been on holiday and name of where we stayed.

3. Will leave it to you !

Thanks for starting this DaisyD.

4. Say out loud when I have turned off my curling iron and stove.

5. Have my kids text me during the day to remind me about when I need to pick them up.

6. Hang my list of "must do's today" on the kitchen microwave.

7. I try to get rid of distractions and to stay focused on what I am doing. It's very hard. I've become like the 12 month old child that sees a shiny object and forgets all about what I was just doing. I can be paying a bill online and then up pops an e-mail. I read the e-mail and then step away from the desk completely forgetting about finishing with paying the bill online.
