Hi have you tried reaching HU via green help button above? You need to report! Try that they should be able to sort it. MaryF x
I dont' know if this is relavant to your problem, but I have noticed that in order to acess the replys I must locate the little up and down arrows on the bottom right of the reply bos and push one of those buttons. Hope this helps.
