My sister have APS and lung fibrosa, doctors decided to give her cyclophosphamid. They said that it's very risky cause of her condition (she's intubed). Is that only solution?

I was given this drug a year ago and I now have Rituximab, I have now been without clotting episodes for over a year. Our prayers are with you and I think you have good Doctors there as it is rare to use this treatment but can be effective. Stay strong and I hope your sister improves quickly.

How long does it takes to see any progression for lungs after using Cyclophosphamid. Doctors have done CT of lungs after 72 hrs, fibrosis is stopped but there is no improvement.

-Is anybody out there that is using "ESBRIET" ? i see reports that it helps for Lung Fibrosis.

Thanks
