Rehmatology appointment today
So fed up now. :(. But I have a referral to st Thomas. Thank god. She said that they have come as far as they can with me now and it's now time to see someone more specialist. I am losing the will to live. Hopefully the appointment will come through quickly. *sigh*
HIGH CHARLI!
Result! Your referral to Tommy's is great news. Haematology (North wing, 1st floor) is very efficient, so like you, I'm hoping you get an appointment in the next five minutes. Drink lots of water before you rock-up at reception (two seconds thought and you'll get it). Hang off till then - go bungee jumping, abseil down The London Eye while it's going round - anything to get you through.
All the best treatment to you, John.
PS Thanks for your numbers on the reading blog.
Thanks John. I can't wait for it to come. I don't suppose anyone knows how to raise the blood pressure? Mine is very low and I'm wondering if I try get it a bit higher i may not feel as dizzy?

Ask your GP. All the really unhealthy stuff should work; caffeine, alcohol, a row, sudden-onset obesity. Get creative but your GP probably has better ideas. Remember that feeling dizzy is a common symptom. The earth rotates at over 1,000 miles per hour and goes round the sun at about 67,000 mph. Of course you're dizzy; we're all dizzy!
Best, John.
Hope you get seen soon. At least you're on your way now.
Can't recommend the obesity for the low blood pressure, it sucks!
I am dizzy whether my BP is high, normal or low,it is one of the symptoms of APS.
Let us know how youget on
The best of luck with your appointment. Mary F x
