Thank you all so much for the support! I saw my Rheumatologist yesterday, and he has put me back onto Beta blockers. By slowing my heart rate he hopes it will relieve some of the pressure that builds up in my head. Apparently some vessels in my head are narrowed as a result of APS, so there is not too much that can be done. I am hopeful this time the Beta Blockers will work - last time I came off them because it made my fatigue almost unbearable. Guess it all comes down to a trade off of the lesser evil! I will also be trying Concerta to try combat the fatigue associated. Will keep at it - not ready to give up yet!!!
