I’m a girl who had sex with another girl. She went down on me but I didn’t get down on her. We had sex and she menstruated. She have a partner who she has sex with and he took a hiv test for a month ago and it was negative. She took a hiv test two days after she was with me and was hiv negative. Is it possible that I can have gotten hiv? Can it transmit from vagina to vagina?

In short, no you can’t! Firstly your partner would need have HIV in order for you to contract it from her. Secondly F2F transmission is extremely rare.
Call an HIV charity for confirmation. THT.org.uk website has lots of info
No .You need to get help for your mental health issue .
Or?
The scenario you describe is low risk. Her partner is negative one month ago, she is currently negative. Menstrual blood (presumably only a little bit) can transmit but it requires an open wound to do so. It is therefore very unlikely.
