How to find life insurance

Hi having been diagnosed HIV + since January 2015 and followed by 13 months in hospital with several near death experiences I was real eased into the community lol I'm back at uni (finding it really difficult) I receive PIP as I am left disabled. I am not entitled to other benefits as I was out of the county for 2years prior to being ill. I have two mortgages and need insurance to cover them. The cover is not much as there is not much left to pay. Any advice would be appreciated (btw I will or do not want to sell as they are my my retirement pension)
