Diagnosed since 2008 and I am getting on in life but still to this day I get very upset

Talking to someone in the same situation helps

Just the same way i feel. i hope i will feel less worst talking to people in the same situation but i am yet to find joy. its early days for me and though hope seem deem, i have read some inspiring post here to make me think it can get better. hang in there and just keep your hope up
