Changing the time I take my pills.

Hello again,

I want to start taking my Prezista/Norvir/Truvada dose 1 1/2 hours earlier. My doctor told me, I can do that at once but I don't want to rush.

My plan is to take them 45 minutes earlier starting today, and keep it like that for a month before making the second step of 45'.

What do you think about it. Any comments? (even fast if you may)

Thank you!

Yes, that is not a problem at all.

The half life of those meds is long, which means that changing the time you take it by a few hours will not affect the overall level of drug in your body

I've been on the same drugs for a long time now and I love them. You will be fine to change it earlier at once buddy. Unless you already have side effects - that might be the only problem but only on the first day.

If you think about the reason changing times matters then it's completely fine to move EARLIER. There is no risk of a drop in your blood level. Moving to a later time needs done very slowly - by a half hour a day in some fragile regimes - but no need for it ever to take weeks.
