I’ve been experiencing daily bradycardia for a while now, I’d occasionally feel it with palpitations and have skipped beats, my primary doctor did an electro but couldn’t find anything, I’m not an active person, I don’t feel like my heart should be beating like that, so how do I know it’s arrhythmia when he told me that in order it to be so, it has to be constant, and some online sources say different things.

It may be that your doctor misunderstood your discussion about this or maybe just does not know? I have had PVCs for over 35 years and they have always been considered arythmias no matter how short the duration or lack of constancy. When the runs turn to couplets and eventually strings of missed and partial beats is when they are no longer benign and can lead to A-Tach or V-Tach and possible life threatening fibrillation of either type. My advice if you can , is to get a Kardia 6L and monitor these events. You can see them on your smartphone or email the pdf to the Dr.
