Can some one tell
Me what this ecg suggests.
This strangely happens when suddenly laying down, but it stops when I move position or change breathing pattern??

Looks normal to me. Maybe two pvc's. But I'm no Doctor.
An ECG can be a very good way of identifying problems, however it needs 2 things to be of any use at all:
1. A calibrated and correctly fitted ECG machine
2. The graph assessed by a competent Dr
If any of these are missing it can by misleading which can make it dangerous to rely on.
It does appear to reflect some abnormal activity in your heart and the fact that it happens when laying down suggests that your hearts back up systems are a bit sensitive/not sensitive enough and may be part of the problem but that is all anyone other than a professional can say. In my opinion, generally only the EPs (and probably many cardiologists) have the detailed knowledge to make a proper assessment. That said all Doc and clinicians can make a far better assessment than we can.
