Ectopic beats and trouble breathing

Hi I've had ectopic beats 4 a few yrs now but tis time it feels different I wake up every morning feeling like I've a massive cold I have nasel dripping and do feel Abit chesty...I constantly have a cough it feels dry and tight...but when I feel my breathing is bad I seem to get these ectopics more and feel worse than I've ever felt them tey almost feel as if my heart is beating irregular and struggling to beat and I get all sweaty and clamy to...the heart doctor seems to tink it could be my breathing that's causing them has any1 ever experienced tis any help would be grateful thks

I’m having a similar experience to you. I’m also a smoker. I’m about to get a second opinion tomorrow as I am really struggling with it all. Just had a lung function test and chest X-ray to see if it was a factor but results were good. Are you working with your doctor to find the cause? I really feel for you. It’s awful going through this and people don’t understand and often it all gets dismissed as ‘anxiety’ which is not fair.

Sorry to hear ur goin tru the same .the doctor has actually discharged me cause all of my test cam bck clear he said i just hav 2 deal with them ots frustrating alri and scary

Being told we just have to deal with it is not ok and that’s why I sought a second opinion. Unfortunately, this doc doesn’t really doesn’t want to interfere with current doc. So the most he would do is send me for a stress test and told me to follow up with original doc.
