Has anyone heard of this I get PVA PVCs but what really worries me is a very quick like missed beat only lasts a split second.I always burp not long after and I feel weak and disorientated after it and takes quite a while for me to start to feel normal again.Makes me want to lie down to recover. But obviously not always possible.
Any thoughts much appreciated.
Regards Martin.

I take 2.5mg bisprolol daily after a couple of bouts of AF that needed electric cardioversion. The cardiologist has said to carry on as I am and have a follow up at the end of the year. However, I too feel strange from time to time. Yesterday evening I felt odd, no real pain or anything but felt like I was short of breath. After a few burps things calmed down. But I do seem to suffer a bit with upper wind. I tend to have to burp a lot which relieves things for the most part. I'm feeling pretty good today which is always welcome.
Yes I get lots of ectopics which can make me feel really yukky. I also feel burpy and can feel very light headed. Cardiologist didn’t seem too concerned even though I have several thousand a day. He prescribed Carvedilol which I was apprehensive about as I didn’t get along with bisoprolol - dropped my BP down too low. After 4 weeks I have stopped it (with GP approval) and am seeing an EP in a couple of weeks see what he has to say. All this is after mitral valve repair and surgical ablation
Thank you for responding I hope you get some positive news from the EP sounds like you’re having some problems way worse than mine.
I haven’t had any sort of surgery and I get this awful lightheaded off weak feeling every now and then.I take flecainde and Verapamil should have ablation study but trying to avoid it.
Hi there all !!, this Is my first post I hope that everyone whom reads this Is on some kind mend and doing ok, As Issues pertaining to the heart are not to be taken lightly I have had ‘ectopic’ beats since I was 29yrs Im now In my late 50s and have been under hospitals only because I have Insisted on returning to doctors, after all these yrs they decide ectopic and benign even though they can take on different types of rhythm s I have 2 questions If anyone can throw som light on Is anyone experiencing side effects from bisoprolol as I seem to have very slight faint streaks of blood When I bring up phlegm with a wheezing? Also Is anyone taking HRT, while on that medication?
