So, I have a doctors apointment coming up and he can read and manage this best. But if by any chance anyone know how to read and interpret this result. It's my 24hr heart holter. I suffer with anxiety so offcourse my concern is at a higher level. Thank you

I will make an educated guess and say it does not sound bad.

Hello again

As I have already told you I have problems for more than 8 years. Sometimes it was very bad with a lot of skipped beats ( 6 - 12 per minute ), squizzing, uncomfort in my chest and neck, nausea... Terrible. My doctor gave me Betablocker Nebilet - nebivolol beacause of high pulse - always more than 90. It helped and heart rate went down to 72 ( average ) but other symptoms were the same. When I felt so bad I was afraid to move- I was sitting and thinking and I was afraid of heart attack. I could not think of anything else but my bad feeling.

In May this year I said to myself that I have to do something, try something. So I decided to try antidepressant. I started with 10mg and in first 3 weeks my problems were the same. After 3 weeks I woke up with no symptoms and I could not believe it. I like cycling ( up and down - no big efforts ) and I feel great. From your report - holter I see your heart rate from 70 to 113. Did you do anything else but sitting, sleeping and walking when you had a holter? Did you run or walking fast, any activity? Did you sleep well or you were thinking all the time about your symptoms?
