Had to take another trip to A+E again today woke up at 6.00am with bad palpitations heart thumping like a good en and missed beats it didnt feel like the last couple of times it's happened so the misses said wright let's go
So the did the normal bloods which are ok
Chest xray which was ok
Ecg was a up and down but nothing they seemed worried about
They kept me rigged up to the ecg machine for 4 hours
I'm still getting the pounding heart beat as I type all they have done is told me to up the 2.5mg of bisoprolol to 5.mg and see what I feel like then sent me home
I honestly dont know what to do now as I cant work like this and my quality of life has become terrible I've got 2 young boys full of life and I cant do anything with them at the min because I'm scared of having a heat attack of something

Hey man, if I can give you one advice, I would really check your quality of sleep and resting heart rate, it it is around 50 45 its good. Start excercising as soon as you can, long walks for example, where you feel your calves get sore. Watch out for intensity as well, you need long but relaxing exercises, they are the best I'm telling you. Your autonomic nervous system causes this as you may have heard. To reflect on myself one year ago, 24 hour ekg, 10000 VES 500 SVES most of them occured in nighttime! Now following my long, calm, but somewhat challanging exercises they are down to 4000, 300 respectively. As I've repeated the test. I had echo done two times. My heart is structurally good. And that give me the confidence to be able to push myself a little, as there is no chance of having a heart attack with stats like this. Also in addition my cholesterol is in a scale of 3-5 is 4 so no CAD no nothing. Look into taurine and magnesium supplementation aswell. And if none of the above mentioned things work. Try them again with CBD oil. That will give you enough control over your autonomic nervous system. So good luck, get well, and never let them beat you down!
One more thinf which you can look into, is not eating until you are full, as many people have found out before me. A full stomach can push or irritate the vagus nerve. And that can really make your autonimc half go crazy. So little meals with 1 hour between them is the best.
For the reply I'm willing to try anything at the moment
I do exercise at the min I do 10k on my static bike at least 3 times a week and to be honest I feel great after but it's when I'm resting that everything starts again the CBD oil sounds a good route I've heard alot about it lately
Try it man, there are no dangers to it. Also I like walking for a very good reason. Your nervous system gets loaded with the outside. And you need to try to exlude it to concentrate on only you and you two feet one in front of the other. This is a good mind excercise too.
