So after echo-ekg-chest x-ray and blood work that all came normal my zio patch results came back. Ventricular ectopic 1%< and 1 episode of 9 beats SVT. My cardiologist said that I should not worry about it since all is benign. I don’t know how they feel sooo terrible!!! She said I can go about my business and exercise with no limitations. I’m scared to Ben walk for a long period of time because I don’t want to aggravate my heart.

Can anyone shed some light please?😔
