I got prescribed metoprolol 12.5 twice a day for my pvcs episodes/ ectopic beats. And apparently it also works for anxiety. I’m wondering is what I’m taking a low dose. I’ve read it decreases zinc witch it can lead to losing sex drive and testosterone levels.
Can I take a multi-vitamin to increase them?

First check with your doctor or pharmacist that there is no reason not to take one, but a good multi-vitamin-and-mineral is likely to only do you good.
Magnesium is also known to be good for hearts, especially with ectopics. Not magnesium oxide, and don't let yourself get 'the runs' as that is counterproductive, but otherwise magnesium citrate is good, or magnesium taurate is especially good for hearts, but again check with your doctor first. For example if you have kidney problems then you need to take it as a spray on your skin (which may sting at first), or as epsom salts in a bath.
That’s a really low dose so I doubt you’ll have issues. I’m on same dose and only side effect is slight weight gain but I’m female so not sure about the other. Although most drs encourage a multivitamin. It’s the ones that are super concentrated with one ingredient that you should definitely check with them first.
