So I have 5 months getting this heart palpitations, I have bad anxiety and it triggers it a lot , especially during night time , I always gotta let my body shut down on its own , it sucks cause I’m going to sleep at 3-4am ,
But I’ve noticed they’re not as strong as they first where , has this happened to anyone else ? Where their palpitations aren’t as strong as they first were?
I’m sorry if it’s a weird question but everything freak me out , and now that they feel different it gets me scared ,

Palpitations is a pretty general term. Is your heart just beating really fast? Does your heart feel like its skipping beats? Are you feeling really forceful beats that thud in your chest mixed with softer normal beats? Whenever a person gets anxious, nervous or afraid the heart will respond by beating faster. Im guessing thats what your feeling due to anxiety. I have what are called PVC's (premature ventrical contractions) these feel like my heart pauses or stops but its really just throwing an extra beat out that i cant feel and so the pause between normal heart beats is longer when they occur. But to answer your question I get them every day and some days or weeks are much worse than others. So yes "palpitations" do fluctuate in intensity for everyone.
I have pvcs too I feel them everyday for more than 10 times some days it's nt so bad I'm taking apo-atenolol to suppress them bt its nt doing so good I hate feeling them
I have skipped beats for more than 8 years. At the beginning I felt really forcefull beats. Now I feel strange feelings in my stomack or throat ans pressure in my chest. Beta blockers and mb citrat help.
I think so. I will have holter m. for 24 hours in october ( finally ) Today I felt again the pressure and strange feelings in my throat. It is better now.
I also suffer from pvcs, it sounds like that’s what you are feeling. Some days they like a pause then it starts again- one hard thud- 2 hard thuds- then a run of pvcs those really trip me out then the anxiety kicks in.
