Hi everyone.. I had a feeling that each time i bent over , to sift through a pile of clothes on the floor or maybe pick up a few things that had fallen, an SVT wouldn't be too far away. Especially if it was very hot and I was tired. So I tested my thought and took and ECG on a home device ( 3 lead) as soon as I felt strange beats. My cardiologist confirmed that the ecg showed missed ectopic beats that are a known trigger for SVTs. Has anyone else ever experienced the same?

That's interesting.
Someone I know (aged about 60), reached out to take a cup of tea from her bedside table, accidentally knocked it to the floor and then grabbed tissues to soak it up. She had a massive stroke while bending down and is now in a wheelchair. Because of that I'm very aware of not bending down too soon after getting out of bed and would never reach to the floor while in bed.

Yes, the Doc told me that bending causes pressure build up in the chest and this along with other conditions can trigger SVT.
