Hi, just had my results. 10,878 ectopic beats, 17 atrial,2 multifocal ventricular and the rest ventricular. Slight mitral regurgitation, ST segment depression detected. Min heart rate 48, max heart rate 123. I was told no treatment needed. My bp goes very high then very low so I can’t take beta blockers. Any idea what all this means? I get very tired, very lightheaded, feel about to pass out. Any ideas please?

I am waiting for my results from 6 day heart monitor and check of mitral valve prolapse. I had an Svt attack of 188 beats the previous week, had to go to hospital and have adenisone,it never works anyway. I feel my missed beats all the time! That sounds awful, are you on any drugs?

Sounds like Ectopic Burden Have you ever asked for a referral to an EP ? (the electrics of the heart)?

For what its worth I have a dose of Gaviscon whenever mine get really bad. I know there is a link between my arrythmia and the vagus nerve. I had 23,000 PVC's on my worst day. Alcohol does not agree with me and they are worse when I am hungry. Eating protein often helps too. What country are you in? Have you discussed catheter ablation? Also, get your thyroid checked. It can affect cardiac rhythm. Cliff in Australia.

I think you should be ablated. This number makes a pvcs growth of the heart over time. I've done it now. i recommend you to find a successful ep
