A few minutes ago, as I’m just sitting down relaxed, I felt a weird vibration-like sensation from my heart, and now I’m fairly worried.
I’m a 16 year old female. I’m not overweight, and I have no known medical conditions. Few months back I did see a doctor about palpitations, and panic attack symptoms, so I had tests ran for anemia, supraventricular tachycardia, and thyroid diseases, wore a heart monitor for three days, had an EKG done, but everything came back okay.

Our hearts usually keep us ticking over well enough, even if the electrical system is not working exactly as it should either momentarily or over time. Most people get odd heartbeats now and then.
It is not always easy to pinpoint an occasional arrhythmia as it may not show up with a three day monitor but if you are having events your doctor may be able to loan you a pocket EKG monitor.
It sounds very much, that fluttering sensation, like a series of ectopic heartbeats, which is nothing to worry about, especially since you've had so many tests. I've had ectopics since I was about thirty, and I'm now seventy seven. I've answered two or three members on this point - if you search through my replies - under PNOKIO - you'll be able to see my quite extensive thoughts.
