SVT Ablation help!

I had an ablation 4 months ago, feeling like things are improving all though it has been a rough road.

My resting heart rate is around 100bpm when I’m standing but can range from low 60’s to high 80’s when I’m sitting depending on the situation.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Did this happen to you and does it get better?

I’m going to cardiac rehab at the moment, I’ve been exercising every day to try and improve my heart health as my cardiac nurse has told me I have high bp. I also get palpitations if I consume to much sugar or sodium.

Please reply!

Hi

I have been there it does get better but we are all different in recovery. I had an ablation for AVNRT in April last year and it took a while for my heart to settle down.
