Hello folks,

I hope someone has some advice. I have a brother who had 2 episodes of syncope and they cannot find the cause . I still feel it's an arrhythmia .

My brother is special to me as he survived a subarachnoid hemorrhage in 2014 had that repair surgery and subsequently a second one this time adding stents in 2016

Both of our parents are passed before I was 45. Now 49. He's 47 w /4 children. I DESPERATELY want to solve this. He passed the echo stress test and a tilt table test but both times when syncope was involved the outside weather temperature was on the higher side ( summer) AND he was in the process of making a forward bend at the waist .

These are all the clues I have. Any advice, SUPER APPRECIATED 😊
