I have a history of fast heart rate up to 207bpm St rest and chest pains. A echo showed normal LV size with low normal systolic function, EF 55% Normal RV Size with moldy impaired systolic function and RV apikal hypokinesis what does all this mean and should I be concerned? I'm 22yo male
