From previous posts i suffered from heart flutters thumps thuds what feel like a fish flopping around in my chest. I have since lowered my thyroxine and it has improved so much but still happens . It has happened twice where in inn bed and i am so hot no sweat cant sleep pain in jaw but that is every night think i clench since vestibular problems but im so hot pain radiates down right arm but i get pain as soon as i lay on my right side like it goes numb and uncomfortable from steeping on it and will get the thud. How do i know something serious and why so incredibly hot its freezing atm akways think is my heart. Have had 3 echo and stress all normal. I take off the covers i cool down for a min then im hot again.
Any advice would be great.

Hi Contra21 , this post is the first I read on this community.
I have only experience with thyroid issues . The fact that you feel this when you're on the right side makes me wonder how is your bile flow. I know.... I couldn't believe it myself but every time I increased water with lemon that pain goes away.
I only feel like an advisor this as you said your test came back normal that's not to say I don't believe potentially there could be something cardiac . But worth a try.
Well, like I said I believe it could be as simple for lack of a better word as a digestive issue provoking this pain.
Potentially higher than you need thyroid medication could provoke flip-flops. Yes I've experienced them as I've experienced a thyroid storm once. And I've also gone through premature menopause without knowing your age that could also be an issue w heart Sensations.
Excuse my delay in replying I got caught in a rainstorm where I am at
I had thyroid labs & gluten & casein sensitivity tests this May (last month) .
It every now & then happens & I seem to feel a correlation to any food cheats I do. I learned how foods affect hormones & grains affect thyroid. Wheat gluten is my worst.
Herr is where I learned. read to bottom for the gist
