Well all the healthy living stuff with good diet, exercise, not smoking, getting your weight correct etc. Research your condition. What arrhythmia do you have? What type of pacemaker? Ask for copies of the hospital and doctors letters to try and understand and become an "expert patient "

If you can carry on as normal that would be great, but cardicior may slow you down a bit.
