Hi everyone, I am new here, leaky valves , palpitations too. Is Magnesium effective?

I am originally from India, live in Maryland, age 81 years. Had a great life in this U.S.A. Was research chemist for Big Chemical Company, with 35+ years of industrial experience. Have palpitations at least 2 times a day. Echo cardiogram has been stable. Feel anxiety often. Is there a low cost pill for Arrhythmia? And is Magnesium effective? Hoping that someone can help or comment.

Hello I am 61 with the same problems. Magnesium helps but antidepressive changed my life back to normal. Anxiety is poison for heart arrytmia. Good luck!

I am 70, palpitations (pvcs) for 10 years. Just started magnesium citrate 2 weeks ago, it may be helping. Dr Sanjay Gupta (York Cardiology) has lots of free YouTube advice on magnesium. Magnesium seems to help many.
