Looking for an EASY guide to levels of vitamin K in food - one I can take shopping with me. Dad, 82, had an ICD fitted Oct '15 & recently been prescribed Sintron.

There's a very good one on one of the American websites. It has two versions one sorted by vitamin k content (high to low) and the other alphabetically. Each one is about 20 pages but what I did was just print off the first two pages of the high vitamin k content.

Thanks, do you have a link or such? I tried googling but sometimes it's hard to find simple concise info. Not sure I can get my head around American Cup Measures though.
