Anybody had pectus carinatum [pigeon chest] as a adult?

I have had this condition since a child, I am now 64, it affects my breathing, seemingly just a condition now as just keeping that shirt or t-shirt on, whilst in general circulation! I have epilepsy since 14, had 400 + seizures and broken or fractured all my ribs over my life, as they are more susceptible! Anybody find that because of the condition their ribs are more prone to breakage or fracture?
