Dislocated oesophagus?

I was born with a deformed chest, now aged 64, I have what is termed a dislocated oesophagus, usually when sitting there is a 'click' in my mid sternum as it dislocates or un dislocates, not painful as I have got used to it? Although when I broke five ribs from the effects of a major seizure, [FME epilepsy] in February 2017, three in the mid chest sternum area, it seems to have worsened? I have difficulty swallowing pills, as they can block the tube, getting up moving around, more water eventually they will pass down. I have never discussed this with any of my doctors, but could this accentuate any of my other medical conditions; schwannomatosis, osteoarthritis, epilepsy, and recently since 2017, pancreatitis, and diabetes type two amongst my other conditions! I am currently suffering prostate problems due to benign neuromas around them. I find my oesophagus uncomfortable but have never really been concerned with it but in these dark times seek for any cause for my many medical woes. [ps. it just 'clicked' three times whilst writing this, a hint?]

Hang in there my friend, Wishing you happier times. When all the COVID craziness calms down, it will be easier to get medical issues addressed. For those like you and me with multiple levels of interacting conditions, perhaps we can even get the specialists to work together to create an integrated plan.
