Help?!

Why does it say on my online record that women of over 65+ who are asymptomatic do not need urine testing & GPs are following technicians direction having allowed their employers to misappropriate & mismanage our funds .Is this because their symptoms are probably chronic urosepsis which will eventually become acute causing multi infart dementia so their families can be ripped off by the Government ?Is this why the hippocratic oath is no longer taken & paper records no longer investigated so men can dictate & discriminate against women .Otherwise why is ones disabilities ,history & genetics not taken into.account .Surely this will cause more damage than there to sort out ?! Who says what are the notable symptons a Specialist or technician on a remit .My GPs don't know what retention is on neurogenic bladder that can't be catheterised ?
