Does anyone use a girdle for rotatory scoliosis?

I have NF2 and scoliosis, a spinal neuroma on my spine means that my chest has turned around my spine, but would some sort of girdle or brace help after the source of my pain the neuroma on the lower right hand side of my spinal cord is surgically removed? It is a neuroma that has regrown after 20 years after a partial removal. hopefully a bit better surgery this time? My scoliosis was formed the first time 20 years ago, but has worsened this time.
