I have a huge problem with drinking the right amount of water. At first, I do quite well— I try to remember to drink water for a few days, but after a week, I either forget or simply lose motivation. On top of that, I don’t really like the taste of plain water, which makes it even harder to stay consistent.
Do you have any tried-and-true tips for maintaining the habit? Maybe some tricks, apps, reminders, or ideas on how to improve the taste of water to make it more appealing? I really want to take better care of my hydration, but so far, all my attempts have ended in failure.
I’d appreciate any advice! 😊

I have to have a water filter at home, as I hate the taste of tap water.
So, things I do is always have a bottle of water with me going out. Free drink, on the go and I always have a glass of water next to me at home. I start my day, recording on my piece of paper for planning my day, which just reminds me. Most days I am on track, but somedays, my energy drops and it reminds me to drink a glassful. Having it in sight, reminds me. I never leave the house now without it.
I don't know about flavouring. some of my friends add a slice of fruit, lots of ideas online. I am happy to have my plain.
The other thing is do you like cold or room temperature water, this could make the difference in you drinking more.
