pan fried the fish two minutes each side in a little olive oil . Nice with a chive sauce over , used sour cream and a Dijon mustard (1/2 tsp) plus chives . No bones in the fish at M&S .

My main meal today at 1330 . Is it better to have a smaller meal at 1730 than lunchtime to lose weight ?

Thanks Richard
