This was last night’s dinner. We had red potatoes, salad with dressing, bac’n pieces, cheese crisps, salmon and Greek yogurt. The total carbs. were 62. Everything was really delicious and it’s one of my favorite Thursday night meals each week.
Tonight, we will have Vegetarian Chili and Greek yogurt. What are you having tonight?

I always cook my salmon wrapped in tin foil (brushed foil with light oil to stop fish sticking to it) Add a flavoured sauce to the tin foil, like teriyaki or sweet chilli or any sauce you like. Love salmon or any fish this way 👍
Your meal is really healthy. Over here in the UK I have traditional fish and chips on Friday, although I swap the chips for mushy peas and remove the batter from the fish to lower the carbs. How do you make the cheese crisps?
Well I like a whitefish, cod, and catfish,schrimp. I eat alot hard cheese, eggs, cauliflower, strawberries. I fix 6 lrg chicken breasts,we were given them, but were frozen, so I needed to fix it, which was 5lbs .not sure will try and use them 2 or 3 times different ways, haved vued off the straight and narrow lately and now will have to get back to the 30 carb a day way of life.
Yes have been struggling to continue with new ideas to stay where I should be!! Have not lost much this winter, feel bad bout it, still going to a new dr for diet thru IU Medical Center but, can't afford the newer med pens but have to. Keep at it.
