Leftover Dinner From Last Night For Lunch: 11-2-2021

Hi everyone. This is what I had from last night's dinner for today's lunch. I had black beans, chunky and thick salsa, gluten free tortillas, coconut and pineapple Greek yogurts mixed together, water on the side, 4 Mexican blended cheese and green olives. The entire meal is 69 total carbs. and had lots of protein. I really enjoyed it.

Your salsa and Mexican cheese with black beans in tortillas looks and so7nds a really great lunch Leah and low carb high protein sounds perfect for you. 😊

Hi Zest ,

Everything was really delicious and fast to get ready for today. Some of the leftovers needed reheating, but that didn't take too long. I enjoy having leftovers during the week, if it's possible so I don't fall behind on other things I want and need to do. :-)
