I ate some little cakes feel bad . .never again. These are my favourite snacks, ps are almonds good for you?

Hey don’t beat yourself up Bluelady-sing after the fact, we learn by our mistakes.

I love almonds and include them with many dishes it’s like everything we need a healthy and balanced diet for us and our needs.
