Hello everyone, I have been on the keto diet since April and it has totally changed my life! I have lost 26 pounds so far and am wanting to lose another couple of stone. My eating and cooking has changed now. I really am enjoying the food and it's so exciting cooking different things. For the 1 at month I totally stuck to the diet, but now and then I do have a few cheats. I am exercising and having lots of walks weather permitting. I do intermitting fasting too. Nothing after 8 pm then have something at 1pm and I am finding this works for me.

Be cautious around cheats. Keto works by changing your main metabolite. If you fuel with carbs too often, your body may switch back to carb burning.
On the other hand, you lost about the same amount as I did in my first 3 months, with almost no cheating (except a Christmas day blow out), so it's sounds like what you are doing is working for your.
There are a couple of other communities ,you might be interested in. They are quieter than this group, but the discussion is more around your sort of approach...
