Hello everyone, I have been on the keto diet since April and it has totally changed my life! I have lost 26 pounds so far and am wanting to lose another couple of stone. My eating and cooking has changed now. I really am enjoying the food and it's so exciting cooking different things. For the 1 at month I totally stuck to the diet, but now and then I do have a few cheats. I am exercising and having lots of walks weather permitting. I do intermitting fasting too. Nothing after 8 pm then have something at 1pm and I am finding this works for me.
