What I am creating today is a unique touch of Basmati rice. π
I love Saffron for its beauty, powerful antioxidant, mood lifting, and cancer fighting properties. So I incorporate into basmati rice with Garam Masala Indian spice along with bay leaves, mint leaves, diced apricots, onions, pumpkin nuts, and tiny bit of celery salt and olive oil (no butter).
Iβm very pleased how it turned out with the aromas from all herbs. πβ€οΈ
Dessert: Mixed berries and chrysanthemum ice tea.
