Looks beautiful KoKo , I wish we had a little bit of it here instead of the damp weather . Clive X π€
Yes Clive, I woke up last night just to capture the beautiful moon and went back to bed but so worth it. π Iβm sorry it has been raining in your area, hope it will change soon for you. Have a good rest of your day Clive! π€ππΊ
Hello Hidden we are indeed the Healthy Eating community and by request we have a nature and wildlife section.
Please check our topics you will see for your self.
I was fortunate enough to see the beautiful full moon and it is magnificent.
Many use dietary interventions/healthy eating to help symptoms of PCOS, it can make a world of difference to sufferers.
The food we eat plays an important role in estrogen and progesterone production. Excess estrogen is processed by the gut, and our diets are a huge factor in gut health. If you do wish to learn more about it, you could start by looking into "cycle synching".
Hi, while I think it's important to recognise that healthy eating can have an affect on hormone balance and other things such as inflammation, lethargy, malaise etc. I think it's important to also recognise that there are many people who are born with or develop endocrine deficiencies or other conditions of various types who cannot be cured by diet alone.
Diet is extremely important but it can only do so much. If we're lucky we can control symptoms with a good lifestyle but it sadly doesn't take away the underlying medical condition.
I'm not suggesting that you were saying that this is the case, it's just a simple reminder to all really. I can't tell you how many times I have been told that I can be 'cured' by broccoli or Kale. So when I was vulnerable and newly diagnosis with my condition I changed my already healthy diet to include the items that I had heard so much about. Unfortunately they did more harm than good and I landed up hospitalised by eating such foods as Cauliflower rice, broccoli and kale.
Crazy isn't it?
Hi happytulip, I agree with you, and I've tried to avoid implying that diet is a cure here. My wording is "Many use dietary interventions/healthy eating to help symptoms of PCOS", to explain why we have it as a topic, but I only say it helps with symptoms.
And don't worry, because if we did come across anyone suggesting diet is a cure on its own, for anything, we'd be intervening.
Beautiful moon Koko! Is this at night? It looks like its during the day
Thank you Kainan ππ it was actually around 1am I woke up and took the pics. They do look like during the day now you mentioned it. π Did you have a chance of moon gazing last night? π
I would never sacrifice my sleep like that π ππ
I did go out last year at night to look for Mars since it was close but I didnβt see it π
Hey I did same thing last year too and I got nothing π I think we have to go up to observatory to have certain special telescope to really see it π€
Oh goshhhh π€£π How pragmatic are you? ππ€£ plus you can always go back to bed like me! π€·ββοΈπ
Nope I couldnβt
And I thought guyz can easily sleep quicker than girls π€£ππ€£
What?? No idea where you heard that
I guess itβs a myth for Kainan then π€·ββοΈπ€£π
I guess Iβm the exception then π€·ββοΈπ π
