Today is a day to reflect on how you feel at the end of the week. Hopefully you'll be feeling a bit more energy and cravings will be fading.
It's a good day to assess how you want sugar to feature in your life long-term. Will you be 100% sugar free, or will you not mind if a tsp sneaks in here or there, as long as you're overall low sugar?
I'm going to be running the challenge again next week so you're welcome to keep going if you want a extra week of it
I'd also really appreciate your feedback on what I could change, as I would happily do this again as a January challenge.

Hi Cooper27 I’d like to say a big thank you to you for running this challenge. It came along just at the right time for me and when I got on the scales this morning I had lost three pounds. This won’t be fat loss as I haven’t been cutting calories, so it’s 3lbs of bloat/water weight simply from ditching sugar and low fibre carbs. Jeans feel a bit looser and my midsection feels more comfortable. I can’t really say about energy levels as there are things other than diet that impact on that at the moment, perimenopause, post viral fatigue (though this is improving) long working hours. However I can only see the sugar reduction helping the other issues in the long run. I will definitely continue into next week and this is how I need to eat forever really with only occasional relaxation for a special occasion.
I’ve found your daily posts really helpful both for keeping me reminded of this weeks goals and for thinking about different aspects of our health. 😀😀😀
