This is what I made today it’s based on a recipe by Alicia on VFL:
I don’t think I blended mine as well but I used fresh parsnips with a bunch of fresh carrots which I cooked before blending with a tin of coconut milk some dried hot chilli celery salt black pepper dill and the stock from boiling the carrots.
I had it with some gluten free tamari and diced new potatoes cooked in a little olive oil until crunchy, it was all very nice easy and wholesome.
