My brother in law, helpfully, decided to send a delivery of donuts today. They looked and tasted delicious. I had to do extra walking and exercises to allow myself to have one, but they were worth it. Also eaten lots of veg and fruit, plenty of water and a healthy rest of the day. Worth it for a small treat, I think.

LOL I'm on bit of break but had to reply to this I clicked the link saw your dohnut delivery good for you in having a treat I like then hot but gawd I remember the last one I had was at seaside this summer after lockdown the family had our only day out at seaside in a year and we had fish n chips then we walked around for a while passed dounut stall my niece's kids wanted some to take home for after there tea she got 4 so was one spare I had it it was quite greasy tho I ended up feeling a bit sick and I felt guilty I broke some off for my great niece, I often see them with jam in morrisons and but a pack with jam in I eat like one then I don't eat anymore my mam only date eat half, I'm not a big fan of them cold, my mam used to make real nice ones she tried recently in cold pressed rapseed oil as it's low in saturated fat so low in cholestrol, and they were nice hot but horrible cold, well that's my dounut story I'm partial to a vanilla slice as a naughty treat 😋xx
