Well, we are in a new lockdown and hopefully this will not be a problem for you all, in fact I hope that it helps by giving your some time to focus on yourself and your heath and your fitness. It has been a normal day for me apart from prepping for lockdown school. Stretches, exercises and walking done, more to do later.
Hi! I have been complacent with my health and weight for a year, using stress, time etc as an excuse. We have had a lot going on. However, 6 weeks (more?) off work now - no excuse, so I'm on it. All my work clothes are tight, so I am hoping that by the time I go back, I will be back in them comfortably. So I'm using lockdown as a good time for a health plan!
Hi Sue-S. Having the time to do exercises and to cook good, wholesome food is always tricky so lockdown is a good time to get that weight off. Just make sure you change your lifestyle and your relationship with food as well and get into routines, otherwise, like me, you'll simply put it all back on again when time constraints are back on again!
