Dear All,

What do you do if you, due to 'no fault' of your own, you end up having 'Brekky' at about 12:15pm? Well Scrambled Eggs, with some Ham.... that's what! All 'washed down' with some good coffee- and VERY good it was too.... YUM!

Your breakfast sounded really good! I sometimes have scrambled eggs for lunch with a bagel or a piece of fruit/toast on the side (if the eggs are about to get to their use by date). Glad to hear that you enjoyed them and that they were yummy. :-)

I put it down as an early lunch.
