Guess what I researched the other week? The best thing to mix to make smoothies and slushies at home and the website said that you shouldn’t really use milk so much, and to use juice (lemon juice and the like). I didn’t realize this for a long time and juice tastes so much better in homemade smoothies/slushies than milk does!

Lemon juice mixed with strawberries and watermelon, with some added water.

Sounds good and balances the flavors. I have to see if I can get some strawberries ordered for pick up in the next few days.😀👍🌈

I love making smoothies! I mix different vegetables and fruits every day. I tend to add either filtered water or coconut water in my smoothies. Also, I brought a large bag of frozen mix berries- really recommended. Also add banana, spinach and sometimes flaxseed. 😻

By the way, I sometimes use coconut milk which has coconut water (ufc)
