Hi I've never felt so good since smoothies.

Hi I've been using a subscription delivery box company health and super food ingredients.I've only been using this for a couple of months. and find this so convenient as I have such a busy work schedule. the results have been amazeing just haveing two smoothies a day. and they give you all the recipes and nutritional information to go with them. has eany one else used a product like this?

Hi the company is a little start up in the south East England. And yes I have lost weight but I still eat solid meals the smoothies are a great source for your nutrition.

You would really do better to eat the individual fruit and veg. Soothies by-pass the exercising of the jaw and the chewing adds in the saliva which is a part of the digestion process. O.K. as a treat but, please, not as part of a meal. Also you are getting all that food too quickly by just drinking it down. Why on earth were you designed with teeth, Ha Ha!

Hi I do have solid meals as well but smoothiest allow me to get all the nutrition I need I've never felt better.

I agree with the above. Be careful. Our bodies were not designed for sudden mass inputs of anything. Lots of smoothies are a bad idea. What about your natural stomach digestive actions, the need for fibre, intestinal action, bowel movements, etc. Treat yourself to a smoothie occasionally if you really enjoy them but in the main you must have real food.
